Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your home fragrance experience, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your unused candles or diffusers in their original boxes to prevent breakage during transit and drop them off at any carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
